Ordered a double cheeseburger with pickles and mayo and did not get any mayo. I also ordered small cheese curds which were good. The burger was good and properly seasoned. It is only the second time in nearly six years I have eaten A & W in the Valley. I used to eat in Iron Mountain, MI when I lived there. The menu is different here but tastes the same which is a good thing.

I've ordered two over the last week and a half First one came with maybe hardly any ice cream Second one spilled because They put large rootbeer float in huge bag and spilled only got 3/4 th of that rootbeer float. I don't know whats going on but the Manager needs to do better at making sure the employees he or she overseas are putting out quality

chicken tenders were good but small (was nugget sized). The 4 cheese sauces that were paid for did not show up (bag was still sealed). One of the chicken Tender orders was missing its sauce. Came with no straws.

One chicken slider had the toppings on, the second was dry with nothing on at all. It was just a dry piece of chicken in a bun. The grease on the cheesecurds had to be soaked up with napkins before they could be eaten.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time my order has been wrong from this location. I suggest workers pay closer attention to orders. I ordered a Double Spicy Papa Burger with no lettuce, no onion, no tomatoes, and no jalapeños. This is the 3rd if not 4th time I have received one with everything on it. I love A&W but very disappointed that consistency seems to be an issue.
