This is my 2nd order from A&W in 3 days. Both orders were delivery. The 1st was perfect in all respects: food quality, packing, delivery. This prompted a 2nd order. The 2nd order went to Keele Street, so phoned them to be assured that they were open, and would deliver to HUMBER HOSPITAL,1235 Wilson Avenue. There were no delivery updates as there were from the 1st location. The driver phoned me, spoke little to no English, and when I asked if he was A&W delivery, he replied no, mumbled something about a locked door, then walked in my room less than 1-minute later. The contents of the bag were s disaster: the large drink had tipped over, and soaked the bag and the napkins. The fries were over overcooked, and were wrinkled and dry, and were pasty to eat. THE BURGER: nicely cooked, juicy and delicious, but the buns were a mess: stuffed carelessly with the other toppings into a bag, a mess

I ordered a bacon and egg combo, got no coffee, no hashbrown, only a sandwich. Then they told me to come and pick up the items I'm missing, I would've drove there in the first place if I could pick it up. Only got 3$ refund.

Spicy Habanero Chicken Burger it had no sauce/ mayo / habanero sauce inside. It was just dry lettuce (paid extra for) and everything was there like they just put it in a bag. It didn't even look like a burger.

Just Skip the Spicy Chipotle Chicken Wrap it was literally just fried chicken and wrap no lettuce no sauce nothing inside it. Fries were good with ketup and Mayo, Poutine was decent too
