They did not deliver the flowers with the vase as expected. The bouquet looks NOTHING like the sample shown on the website. The flowers did NOT look fresh at all. They did NOT specify that the vase would not be included. So, I rightly assumed that the actual item would be delivered exactly as depicted on their webpage.
But NOPE!
I am, definitely, very unhappy with that purchase. This is a very unpleasant experience.
I had ordered from a place called VELVET (I think) back in March. I should have gone back to them. The reason why I chose that last merchant is because it was closer to us.
I am very disappointed!

Im not sure how I feel about the end result, on the picture the flower arrangement was in a nice hat box, what we received is a white box and covered with paper, no ribbon over it, just a rubber band over. And the end bouq didnt really look like the picture
