I tried the chicken carnitas with  chipotle salsa and it was fantastic! I usually don't eat zucchini or asparagus which was part of their mixed veggies but I ate everything and that bowl and wished there was more. Great, healthy and tasty food!

I have tried several items from here, one of them being the Ground Turkey Taco Salad Bowl . It is very filling and flavorful! You can tell everything is very fresh and made to order. I order this almost every other day and the ladies there are very welcoming and helpful. This is one of my favorite places for lunch, I have never had a bad meal from here!

Buttery Salmon Mediterranean Salad Bowl  was delicious, the salmon chunks aren't nearly as big as in the picture so be prepared for that. The Aqua Fresca was a  melon flavor, I'm not a huge fan of melon so it would have been great to know the flavor beforehand.  All in all, this was delicious, though a bit overpriced for the small amount of salmon in the meal.

it was ok. Not quite perfect flavor -- i felt it was missing some layer of flavor--, only salt but off balance somehow. I think it was missing tartness --which would have been helped if the cranberries were larger pieces.  Also a little dry fixed it up ok adding a little olive oil, big squeeze of of lemon, black pepper and a sprinkle of coconut sugar. 

portions were good sized and exactly as described.  Especially appreciated because i'm in the middle of a huge project, can't stop and cook, and it was on special. They also accommodated my request for gluten free crackers which is appreciated. Very happy with the order overall and am going to try a few other things to see if i might subscribe to one of their plans.

Ground Turkey Nachos is always a consistent hit!!  Ground Beef Tacos is good but I had to add my own cheese and fixins. 
AMP is a great spot for prepared meals for the week. If you don't have a lot of time for lunch, excellent menu options for keto or diabetics or balanced meals.
