I ordered the Jollof Rice + Chicken Plate (lunch), which came with cabbage and sweet fried plantains. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! The jollof rice was perfectly seasoned, the sauce was incredible, and the sweet fried plantains were cooked just right. Even the flavor of the chicken was amazing.
My only disappointment was the chicken portion. Instead of actual pieces of chicken, I received what were essentially two very small chicken drumsticks with no meat, just skin and bones. I was so disappointed I almost cried, especially since I was already halfway back to the Bay Area before I realized it, so there was nothing I could do.
Even with that issue, the food itself was so delicious that I’d definitely like to give them another try. I’m hoping this was just a one-time mistake because the flavors were truly outstanding.

Just WOW! delicious wonderful blends of flavor! portions are huge! I had the jollof rice and chicken. plantains were perfect! I wanted more! cabbage was on point. not soggy and seasoned very well. i just wish i had less rice and more cabbage and plantains. but no complaints im telling you. pure satisfactionin every bite! I will definitely order from here again and im excited to have my friends from out of state try this place! im recommending!

AfroEatz DOES NOT MISS! Once again, their beloved Salmon Pies(3 pieces) have put me in a food coma. I havent had CRAVINGS until I go without meat pies for more than a few days. The flavors are unlike anything I've ever had. The seasonings, the freshness of the salmon, the peppers and veggie combination, and that perfect crunch and softness of the pie with no flakiness is why i LOVE these pies. It's a perfect snack if you eat light, or it can count as a small meal if you need something to hold you over till later, but I like to order more than 3 :)

Oh my godddd, I've been wanting to try the Meatless Egusi Soup + Fufu for some time, and it did not disappoint! the egusi is so flavorful and high quality. it has a nutty, earthy flavor and it is perfectly seasoned. The Beef Meat Pies(3 pieces) are my new favorite!!I definitely recommend! I will be trying more food from here.
