Dining experience - Wait staff were very helpful with the menu, polite, and service with a smile. The food was great, appetizers and the main dish ramen.
Doordash - Food came hot, same portion as I got dining in. Great taste.

Tastes realllyyyy flat. Just spicy only. Needs way more umami to round out the flavor and none of the ingredients taste fresh. They even manage to overcook the pork belly every time. It's always bland and very dry. Always arrives with the soup very lukewarm even though I live closeby.

Ive ordered a few times from here and I've always loved it. However today's order was very disappointing. I ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen 麻辣牛肉拉麵and Spicy Chicken Ramen 麻辣雞扒拉麵 and both soups had a very weird soap like taste to the point that we couldn't eat them. It was supposed to be my mother's day treat so I was pretty disappointed. Not sure what went wrong but I hope they can go back to the previous quality.
