Good flavor, a little spice. For the price of my salmon protein the portion size could be a bigger than the two small chucks given and broccoli cold and bland.Hence reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

I had half kale/half waakye, beef, peppers and coleslaw with plantain. The flavor on the beef was delicious and the veggies were fresh, but the portion of everything was so small in comparison to the price and the beef was really TOUGH too.

If you want something healthy but you can't eat one more salad, this is your place. Super flavorful, cooked perfectly, good portion sizes, lots of choices, and comes in spill-proof containers. Melts in your mouth! Will order again!!!

I love getting take out here and order here all the time. The last few times it’s been very disappointing. Sometimes there’s no beef, sometimes there’s no carrots or corn. Their portion are very inconsistent. Sometimes you get very little ( 3 piece of meat- happened twice), sometimes when you order extra meat they forget it. They never pick up their phone.
