Horrible!! I ordered a 2 Dozen Roses 12 Stem - Assorted Colors arrangement and only one of them was made as an arrangement, while the other was just grabbed from the cans where all the flowers are when you walk in. I even called beforehand because I saw someone else had reported that issue and they let me know that they would include it as an arrangement. It was for something special! So embarrassing! And they charged $10 to use special "fancy" paper and they didn't include it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They ran out of stock for my chosen colors which was red but the replacement color was alright.
They also forgot the requested card that I asked to be sent with the flowers. I am just glad the flowers still turned up nice.

Loved the bouquet of red roses , wish there was an option for wrapping colors . Didnt want it to look too girly .

Paid for a floral shop style arrangement and got front door grab and go flowers. Looks nothig like the photo.
