The New York Plate came neatly packaged and still warm/ready to eat. The rice was cooked perfectly, steak was well done like I asked, and the veggies were delicious. I recommend the teriyaki sauce and my favorite is adding the garlic butter to it!

I got the New York New york Steak & Chicken with fried rice and it turned out to be delicious! All of the food was flavorful, even the veggies! I did get the yum yum sauce and garlic butter. Just an FYI they put the sauce on the side.

I always love coming here! Ive tried a different hibachi food truck but there was a lack of flavor in them unfortunately. Alpha hibachi doesn't lack any flavor whatsoever, they've always delivered a delicious and a nice portioned plate that's typically packed to the brim! Definitely worth the price and will definitely be coming back every weekend, customer service is always perfect too. The cashier is such a sweet lady. Trust me this is a spot you won't regret! Love me some Diablo and yum yum sauce too!!!!

Lots of flavor, really tasty, fresh and was ready pretty quick! Can't go wrong with steak and chicken combo, had a huge portion to it! Absolutely will order again. Glad to know this food cart is so close to me!

Quality is fine but the quantity for the price is absolutely not. Based on the pictures, it seemed as though we'd get a hibachi sized order for the price of $70 after a reasonable tip- but it wasn't even close. Maybe 4 cups of food at most with 4 regular sized shrimp, one dehydrated lobster tail, and a small portion of steak. The majority of this meal was broccoli that was slightly undercooked and rice that was slimy- not from condensation from travel, but the oil used in cooking it. For this cost, considering it is rice dominant and how unimpressive the rice is, it is one of the worst deals I've seen.
