Chicken was nice and crispy with just the right flavor, complemented by the tomato and mayonnaise on top. The fries were crunchy but not overdone—very satisfying! Very much worth the price. 👍

The wing flavor was perfectly cooked and sauced! The fries were crispy! The plate was jam packed. The lemonade and fruit punch mix were just what I needed with the meal. Overall the experience was immaculate!!

I'm not one to leave a bad review, only good reviews. If I receive bad svc, no matter what it may be, I always give that business a chance to redeem themselves, however when the store blames a 3rd party for the issue, doesn't even attempt to talk professionally and try to resolve the issue. I called them just to say that the wing sauce taste great but they may want to retrain the employee that cooked them. We could not even bite off the skin, so over cooked. There is a possibility that it was not the cook at fault rather the supply chain where America Deli gets the wings from. If may business was getting wings 1/2 the size that is sold nation wide. I would retrain staff, 1/2 size-1/2 time to prepare? What a concept.
Talked to American Deli twice, they blame DoorDash. First review was sent to Door Dash, no follow from American Deli or Door Dash

chef salad was a big bowl lettuce, 2 cucumber slices, 2 tomato slice, 4 mushroom pieces and a pound cheese. terrible chef salad for 14.00, gyro had 3 small pieces of meat on it, great wraps does better. fries soft and cold.. not good at all on this order

I hate to do this, bc I had good food here years ago. But, lately, the food is just not as fresh as it used to be, and the prices have gone up a bit, which isn't really smart to do if you can't maintain the quality of your food. Wings Only were tiny and dry. They did add 4 extra wings, I assume to make up for the tiny ones, but those were tiny and dry, as well. I just got leftover wings, which is disappointing for how many I ordered, and the time of day I got them. I ordered 20 wings - they definitely could have made a fresh batch for me. The Burger Only were dry , too. The buns were stale and the lettuce and tomato were thin and wilty. I just got the leftover food they didn't want to toss, which I understand, but don't want to pay for anyway. Let the employees have that food for free - don't send it to a customer paying more through DoorDash. Bad move. Small Fries were the only fresh food item I got, and they were good, just completely unsalted, which was annoying.
