The first time I ordered I got Haryali Chicken which was absolutely delicious and Mixed Raita which I didn't enjoy due to the strong mint flavor and weird taste but that can absolutely be attributed to the fact that i'm white and I had no idea what I was ordered so I really can't say that's the restaurants fault.
Second time I ordered I ordered in person and got the butter chicken with Naan and it was genuinely one of the best things I've ate in my life. Super tasty.
Great restaurant, I've got no idea why it would have bad reviews other than people not really understanding what they are ordering.

Keema Naan with Gravynaan is not basically keema. Its not supposed to be large pieces. And for Veg Manchurian it has a different kind of spice that is too extra and hits directly to your mouth.
