The vegan strawberry pecan salad was the best thing I've had in a long time. Make sure to add the vegan chikn! I normally don't order salads but this one hit it out of the park. I 1000% recommend this. And according to the owner, all of the vegan items are fried in a dedicated fryer so no cross contamination with the non-vegan items.

The Chicken Caesar Wrap was absolutely stuffed with chicken and fresh crispy lettuce but most of the Caesar dressing was on one side. It would be better if they tossed the lettuce and chicken in Caesar before constructing. As another reviewer noted they placed a soaking wet pickle against the wrap which soaked the tortilla and caused it to tear apart as I bit it. Also, pickle juice and Caesar dressing are not a great combo. At all.
Anchor bar please wrap your pickles separately or give us the option to say no pickles when ordering. Some of us hate pickles and soaking our sandwiches in their juice is a huge no no.
The tater tots looked amazing but were soggy and soft by the time they got to us. I wish restaurants would learn to cook fries and tots a little extra when they're being delivered. Also poke some holes in the container to release the steam so food that should be crispy doesn't get soggy.

The beef on weck was terrible. Picture overly salty beef on a supermarket hamburger roll with salt and caraway seeds on top. The chicken in the wrap was slimy and probably well beyond its expiration date. Needless to say, everything arrived cold.
I spent quite a few years in Buffalo and have been to the original Anchor Bar several times, and this is NOT it. What a disappointment.

I'm from Buffalo and have eaten at the Anchorbar many times in my life, so let me open with... the real one is delicious and you should visit it.
This however, is terrible. The sauce is weak, the wings aren't crispy, the bleu cheese portions are tiny, the Pizza Logs Pizza Logs (5) are filled with the cheapest most flavorless mozz and pepperoni.
I tried it twice to be fair to it, never again.

The wings are delicious, especially the spicy garlic Parmesan! I also tried the shrimp recently, if you get them with a dry rub they are awesome. Highly recommend!
