• 24-03-03Very friendly staff, when they were out of the season I asked for they called and reconfirmed my order and offered alternatives, instead of just substituting whatever they wanted to give me. I felt that was very thoughtful and the food was great. Snow Crab was cooked to perfection, the meat just slid out whole. 10/10

• 24-11-24The Shack Trio was such a small amount of food compared to the price. The Pint of Sauce didn't have much flavor and was just butter and oil. The Potato Salad was the only decent thing from here. Definitely overrated.

• 25-03-16The Angry Edamame was delicious and very well seasoned.
However, the Shrimp & Crab Combo that I received was a handful of crab clusters, two broken legs and about 6 shrimp. The corn and potato were fine.
Ive ordered this before multiple times, but never through DoorDash. This was the first time that I did not receive an actual shrimp and crab combo. Very disappointed and was still hungry after I finished what I had. Please remain consistent with orders via in person and DoorDash.

• 26-05-13The food was very bland and didn't have a good taste at all. The eggs were very hard. The lobster tail was not cooked thoroughly. The hash puppies were gross. The shrimp didn't seem like they were fresh very hard to peel.
