Are you sick of the same old meals? Some of Bethlehem's best pizzas may be found at some of the city's best pizza eateries.
Anna's Brick Oven Pizza has become one of the area's most popular restaurant…
There are certain small establishments upon which civilization quietly depends, and Anna’s Pizza appears to be one of them.
The Margherita was magnificent: bright tomato, lovely cheese, basil, and that marvelous simplicity by which a good pizza has nowhere to hide and no need to. Every bite made a persuasive argument for ordering another.
And before so much as a crust had crossed the threshold, the young lady who answered the telephone was exceptionally kind and cheerful, the sort of welcome that improves one’s supper before supper has even begun.
Fine pizza, gracious people, and a Margherita worthy of considerable affection.

The brick oven here does not miss. It runs hot and steady, and good things come out of it with regularity.
The Margherita pie is the clear favorite and earns the attention. Thin crust with a proper chew, bright tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil that knows when to speak and when to stay quiet. It arrives hot, balanced, and ready to be eaten. Portions are generous without going slack, and every slice feels deliberate.
Everything else I have had here has been solid, but there is one small mystery worth noting. They clearly keep cans of Coke in the shop. I have seen them. Why they are not on the menu remains unanswered, and it feels like a missed step in an otherwise smooth operation.
I would order this again without hesitation, Coke or no Coke.
Five stars. Strong pizza, good portions, and one curious omission that does not spoil the night.

I ordered Chicken & Broccoli and wanted mushrooms, it's was $4 for mushrooms to be added, good portion size will be eating it for days but the chicken is cutlets/breast and not that seasoned, the salad is a small side salad which is fine but the dressing leaked all in the salad, the garlic rolls were good I just like sauce on the side , honestly good food but I paid over $60 and this is what I get ! $4 for mushrooms, 10 Wings that were dry even with sauce... Anna, we need to talk. Overall 6/10

I love Anna's! The portions are huge and everything is always delicious. The pastas all come with a side salad and garlic rolls too. The tiramisu is also delish. My baked ziti was actually penne, not ziti, but not a big deal. Anna's is one of my take out staples!

Pizza was good. Cannoli should say mini mini cannoli! Very small. Price should reflect size. I ordered free m other places and they're 4x bigger.
