The way it was wrapped wasnt done with much care, whole meal came so soggy and wet it all just fell apart when attempting to pick it up. Came with less than 12 fries and most were little half pieces. Just a wet, cold and mushy mess. Which I understand some condensation can happen but from the dash app dasher picked it up and came straight here (maybe 4 min drive or so) For how expensive food is now would just expect so much better quality/quantity.

Got the quesadilla burger, and although the flavor is good, the way it's made and packed. You cannot eat it normal. You have to use a fork and a knife because the tortilla disintegrates with all of the sauces and everything. Would not order again.

Purchased the 2 for 2X meal, ended up being $42 without a tip. Not my biggest issue but how come the food doesn't even come out good. The wings were dry ? Which they had buffalo sauce so i dontu nderstand how they were dry? It was almost like they were sauced yesterday but served 24 hours later. The rice with my fiesta lime chicken was extremely dry as well, honestly couldnt even finish it.

the steak was very tough..could hardly cut it and it was red inside so the cut was bad...should get a discount for the money I paid for it!!
