2 for 25 chicken Parmesan was gross sauce tasted like straight cream cheese.not enough red sauce.cchicken breast gets smaller every time. nachos were super salty. I never expect much but so disappointed lol

Usually when we dine in at Applebee's it's pretty good. However this time we decided to order pickup. Our order was made but neither the app nor anyone inside told us it was ready. They did not pay attention whatsoever to the customizations we added to our food and the Shirley temple was just a cup of 80% ice and 20% seltzer water, nothing else. On the bright side Food was pretty fresh and decently portioned.

Now granted ordering ice cream on Door Dash is risky, but I've never had it this melted and it is the dead of winter right now. Also the apple pie was room temp and the outside of the bowl was covered in sticky pie. I would order again I just ask they remind staff to pay attention to the orders with ice cream and use a clean hand to hold the containers.
