Incredibly disappointed with the portion size of this product. I spent $20 for 5 spoonfuls of soup.
Flavor was okay, but did they change their recipe? It tasted much different than the French onion soup I grew up eating at their establishment.
I would not recommend ordering this item to go.

Where do I even start? I arrived at the main entrance and said I was here for pickup. I was directed to a back entrance (no clearly marked signage anywhere that I could see). This entry way was dark, dingy and dirty. There was a pile of shoes just sitting in the corner with litter. No one greeted me at all. There was no bell to ring or any signage. At my appointed pickup time I flagged down a server who als9 did not provide any sort of greeting ... almost a scowl. She went to the kitchen and retrieved my order and just handed it to me. I peeked inside and there was no flatware. I did notice a sign where I was that reminded staff to provide flatware. Server had to go back and get it. My very small portion of french onion soup (can't believe it's 10 bucks) was luke warm at best and it had unmelted cheese inside. Basically inedible. Fountain drink ordered with no ice and it was filled a quarter way up with ice. Double side of broccoli ordered - barely single portion. No sear on steak.

The food was fine although portions were skimpy for price (a frozen dinner would've cost less than half and contained more). My steak was perfectly cooked as ordered and was juicy & tender. My biggest complaint is that one side we ordered and was shown on the receipt was simply not included.

steaks were very dry and overdone, which was disappointing as we'd paid almost $15 up charged on the "2 for $25". the French Onion Soup was also a very small portion for the price.
