Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich-be prepared to use a fork and knife! I couldn't fit the Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich in my mouth so I had to cut it into small bits. The chicken breast was deep-fried into oblivion. Not the greatest option on the menu. The Quesadilla Chicken Salad wasn't much better. The portions of chicken to salad were off, so I ended up with a lot of chicken at the end with nothing else. They also stacked my quesadilla on top of the lettuce so it was soggy. To top it off, I ordered a side of mild Wing Sauces and they gave me Thousand Island instead. Overall the food was very disappointing. Their French fries are still fantastic, though, hence the two stars! I won't order again.

Ordered a full rack of ribs and they only sent about 3/4 of a rack at best. I even questioned them when I got it to make sure it was a full rack and they said yes. There was only 8 ribs though in the rack. Pretty frustrating for 30+ dollars. Asked them to make sure it was correct but didn't open it myself until we got home. Extremely disappointed and we live too far away to have fixed it.

the soup is a joke, too small to even be called a kids or side. and over $7 insane would not recomend.

The sandwich was completely cold when it arrived. I only asked for no lettuce and no tomato. I had no grilled bread, no mayo. The sandwich and fries were all crammed together in one container. Then I got no honey glaze that I paid for. I have ordered this many times and this time was ridiculously bad.
