absolutely awful.
not fresh,meat was an odd color,fries were not full,mint shake was like a syrup.
no sauces or napkins.

the only thing that was hot was the bacon cheeseburger and the mac n cheese everything else was cold. The strawberry lemonade and the mac n cheese was awesome. The meat on the Smokehouse Brisket was dry and skimpy. The Big Cheesy Bacon Burger was fresh but over cooked. I love Arby's but I won't be ordering from this location again.

while the portions on my double were generous, the quality of the beef wasn't up to snuff this time. the meat was dry and a tad bland, seemed undercooked in parts. this location usually does better than this so I have no worriesthat next time will be as delicious as usual.

portions were terrible on chicken!! 3 pc tender- each piece was comparable in size to the chicken bite things. The 9 pc Chicken bites only had 8 pieces and a tiny ball of breading (im assuming that was "supposed" to be the 9th piece). iced tea was warm with no ice in it. Half of the meat on the sandwich is dried out and crusty while the other half is super slimy. salad was fine, as was the dr pepper, but everything else was a huge disappointment.
