Great portions and very fresh except the curly fries. The Double Roast Beef was delicious and still hot. All I can say is that the fries could have been better

Every time I order here whether through door dash or in person they mess up the order. The usual mess up is forgetting the au jus for the Classic French Dip & Swiss, which has happened at least 5 times. But today they didn't put swiss on the sandwich at all. I order my sandwich with extra cheese because I don't feel like they add enough cheese in the first place, so to get the sandwich with no cheese at all not only ruins the sandwich but also scams me out of the extra money I paid. No one here is trained properly, save your money and go somewhere else.

The food was really good and exactly how we ordered it. The service was good considering how busy the store was. All the sauces that we requested were included. I really like how the staff at this store pay attention to the small details and make the customer experience a good one. Thanks.
