I would give a 5 star rating, but todays order was missing the Au Jus for the French Dip. It happened before. It's a good thing I keep Au Jus concentrate on hand. The Buffalo Chicken Slider was good. All in all, I still order from there. I can't drive, so it's not much of a choice for me! The Dasher was awesome as usual! They do a good job.

Not good. Ordered the Ruben and there was more bread than sandwich needed ingredients: forgot the Swiss cheese, barely any thousand island dressing, little sauerkraut and little corned beef (which is ironic because their ads show they are known for meat-packed sandwiches) and I have had MUCH better rubens for nearly similar prices. Fries were not filled in the cup and cool. I ordered their Ruben just 2-3 years ago and they did a good job with portions, but it seems now the higher the prices, the less the portions. :( won't be returning.

It's been a long time since I had ordered from arbys. Used to love it... what happened to the meat? it was filling enough I didn't finish but I think a lot is attributed to the smell and taste of the roast beef. It's too much like the smell of freshly opened can of cat food, or... sweaty feet... the bun was g00d.

Specifically ordered 5 packets of Arby's Sauce. Received -0- This has happened before. An Arby roast beef with 0 sauce is very disappointing--especially after paying more than $17 for lunch. The 5 packets are a separate line item on the receipt!

Mozzarella Sticks were of a finn consistency like they had been sitting and were partly cold.
The tiny am of cheese sauce and red ranch on the roast beef sandwiches was next to nothing and made them near inedible.
