• 22-06-12Glad you went to the 12mile and Hayes location. Far Better than Gratiot and Masonic. I've never had a bad order at 12 and Hayes. Only hiccup is that they added a little to much sauce on the burger. Other than that. Perfect.

• 25-07-17This Arby's restaurant location is awesome. The atmosphere is great, customer service from the workers is fantastic, the food is always fresh and the speed of the order is always done in a timely manner. My family and I never had a bad experience coming to this Arby's restaurant location at 12 mile road and Hayes road. Also, the food portion is excellent for what you order and we will always definitely come back to this location no matter the distance whenever we want Arby's.

• 22-05-29The food was good. But paying $8.00 for that sandwich was not good. When I opened the bag. I found a smaller white bag which had the sandwich in it. I looked inside, it looked like a small hamburger. Very disappointing....

• 23-07-04The burger was so dry. Waguu is supposed To be juicy Idont believe it contained any. 9 +dollars is way to pricey. I wouldnt pay 3 dollars for it.
Pecan chicken salad was good but the add ins were scarcely tasted or seen. Cut the chicken smaller, add more toppings or cut size of batch.

• 25-05-20This is the second time I ordered this sandwich. And I ordered a large meal. Instead I received a small meal. Plus again there was no way a quarter pound of meat on the sandwich. See the picture I posted.
