I don't know how they package delivery that keeps the pastas al dente and they probably shouldn't tell anyone because it will be copied immediately. Don't be put off by the descriptions of the pastas when you add it to the bag. "We are real Italians and don't blah blah" Great story how everyone is an idiot but you. Get over yourself. Once you are past that obnoxious part you will be fighting over the last bites with your dining companions. Order double of everything and hide the rest. Sounds expensive but you CAN NOT live without Artipasta as a daily meal. Every shape is perfect. Every sauce perfectly sticks to the noodles. Perfect amount of sauce with nothing dry or swimming. Stop wasting your time and order. You would already be at the checkout reviewing the cart if you didn't read this review which I assure you is not a cry for help. Go order!

The Tagliatelle with Creamy Mushrooms Sauce (Vegetarian)was not very tasty and was undercooked. The sauce was very thick like left out mac and cheese thick. The Panna Cotta Chocolate was VERY underwhelming and waaaaay overpriced. $10 for the Panna Cotta Chocolate is rid for how small it is. Definitely will NOT be ordering again
