Broth is always hot and separate to keep noodles from getting soggy. Both Spicy Katsu Ramen and Kagosima Ramen were excellent! Our favorite ramen spot!

Both Triple Truffle Mushroom Ramen Aka "TT Ramen" and Miso Ramen were amazing. I got extra pork, which was so tender it just melted in my mouth. The broths each have their own distinct character and it's a multi layered 😋

Japanese curry rice with Chicken Cutlet was prepared nicely! Curry tasted delicious with the chicken, especially on a cold evening.

Spicy Katsu Ramen was really good! The pork was crunchy and the soup was well seasoned. Spicy paste and a good kick.

Two things: pork was very thinly sliced and the broth is very thin and a bit salty. I don't know how they got a 4.8 rating, I have had MUCH better ramen - all outside the city.
