I don't understand why my potstickers are so charred. When I took off the lid, all I could smell was burnt :/. My first experience from here was amazing! I got the beef teriyaki bowl and the beef was so tender and delicious (it could be that it was an in-person order instead of an online order). The beef just melted in my mouth! My last couple of experiences haven't been too great, but I think I may see a pattern of ordering it in person versus online.... I got a beef teriyaki last time (for the second time, but that time it was an online order), and the meat was rough, chewy, and overcooked. Now, this time, my potstickers smell and taste a bit burnt :(. All I can taste is burnt unfortunately.
Looking at the photo I just took again, it kind of looks like a toasted side of a quesadilla lol. (Which it shouldn't look like). I'm very disappointed.

I'm a previous customer who's always gotten delicious things from here but both of my orders today were horrible. I don't know what got left out, but they ended up in the trashcan. One thing I can't say, though is in the order with pineapple there was literally just one chunk of pineapple core and that was it no edible pieces whatsoever.

Pork chop was really tasty, well seasoned. Beans were not very fresh, I could eat only half of it.
