Ocean perch was deep fried without beng overly greasy. Fries were crisp. Slaw was crunchy and complimented the lemon pepper of the fish. Cake was very good for the price, esp. the carrot cake! So glad I tried this restaurant. It is a great find, esp. for fish.

I always get the Dark Meat 6pc with mild sauce on it. it's only 20 bucks and leaves you wanting more once you finish. the thighs had a weird feel on the skin but didn't stop the rest from being great. the fries and mild sauce reminds me so much of home

The Dark Meat 8pc was very good. Comes with a lot of fries, well seasoned and cooked. The fried chicken was pretty solid too, great portions for the price. Packaged well and arrived hot

Chicken Liver - Large (Week's Special) was nicely breaded and softly fried. Fries were good - crisp outside, soft inside. Slaw was fresh. Could have used more dressing. Lemonade could have been stronger, but was OK. Carrot cake was better than average. Dasher got food here while it was still hot. Good job!

Perch dinner great, as usual. Generous portions. Fried items not very greasy. Fish has good flavor. Square cakes are the real thing - carrot cake isn't just spice cake with cream cheese frosting, German chocolate isn't just plain chocolate with coconut in the frosting.
