Baba's is a Minneapolis gem!! I've never had anything here that I didnt love. I'm partial to their bowls with meat but I decided to try their staple vegetarian hummus bowl option, Super Green. 10/10! so fresh and delicious. The Falafel is great. Next time might add beef!

This is my new favorite restaurant. It's difficult to find authentic tasting Palestinian food, but as a Palestinian - I can confidetly say this is as close as it gets in Minnesota. Freakin delicious - cant wait to go through their whole menu. I DIDNT REALIZE THEY HAVE A HAPPY HOUR FOR ORDERING TOO! $7 OFF TODAY!

Food is delicious! I would have loved more pita pockets based on the potion of the hummus. I was putting quite a bit on each bite, too! And the dessert is TINY. Literally one bite. For +$4, I would love a better description as I love to split my dessert.

Consistently delicious food! Fresh, generous portions and perfect temperature every time! Their hummus bowls are addictive! I just wish they'd add the Baba's Bacon bowl that they had at the State Fair!!

Every time I get food from baba's I am shocked at just how delicious, and truly emotive, the food here is. Yup. It's like that one scene from Disney-Pixars Ratatouille.
With Passover being over I knew I had to break my fast from chametz, with one thing and one thing only; Baba's pita puffs. I didn't even know which particular hummus I'd be eating it with, but I chose at random Hummus bi Lahme. It arrived stil warm, and every bite, with the toasted almonds, the sumac, the fresh cilantro all of it together blending seamlessly, I had to stop and savour it before eating it too quick.
The macarons, absolutely blew both my and my partners minds. The Baklava Macaron was like the full experience of eating fresh baked bakavla, distilled into a macaron. The delicate puff pastry, dusting the ridiculously good pistachio filling...truly made me feel something.
Truly folks, I absolutely love supporting local businesses, and Baba's is absolutely the one I love supporting most. You will absolutely be impressed.
P.S: the pickled vegetables are so magical
