Handcut fries were overcooked, sweet potato fries were undercooked and soggy, no swiss cheese on the mushroom and swiss burger, all burgers in our order were super greasy and flattened as a result of poor packaging. If you're spending $20 per burger, it should be immaculate looking and tasting. These were sloppily made by a group of people who obviously don't care about their customers. Will not recommend, and will not be coming back. We will spend our time and money at Big House Burgers from now on where quality and hospitality matter to the staff and the customers.

it wasn't hand cut fries with my burger like i ordered it was curly and honestly that was a happy surprise! they are delicious. also as always my burger is delicious an juicy. thank you very much!

Should list that the onion rings are covered in red pepper flakes and are very spicy. The Funnel Cake Fries were delicious and had a generous amount. Also over half of our order was missing, 1 of 2 burgers, our drink, and appetizer were all missing from our bag. Missing items might have been a fluke, but worth mentioning how spicy the onion rings are.

I ordered bone in wings and received boneless the boxes were dented in.. The fries were smashed in the bag and sandwiches were very soggy. When you spend over $200 dollars you expect at least a little tlc. Very sloppy.
