My mom used to make me bagel sandwiches with cream cheese, bacon, onions and I've never found a place that could replicate till now. This was absolutely amazing 10 out of 10 definitely ordering again. And the Cookie Butter Latte was better than Starbucks and Dunkin combined I will become a repeat customer.

Everything was so good! The bacon egg and cheese on a Asiago Bagel was the best thing to add to my morning. The honey lavender latte was also perfect. My daughter tried the Mango Matcha & she also loved it! We will definitely be ordering from them again!

I feel foolish for thinking this place had homemade bagels despite howmany options there were, but I assumed since there was an option to have them untoasted (as any fresh, good bagel should be), I thought they'd at least be decent. I might as well have just gone to The Jewel and gotten bagels there. The bagel I got was bready and not at all chewy. It tasted stale. The Blueberry Muffin was good at least (moist, flavorful, packed with blueberries), but not really anything to write home about. Just your bog standard muffin. The Banana Bread Latte was good too. I googled this restaurant before placing my order, and I was shocked this place received 4.8 stars. While the muffin and latte were good, they weren't excellent and, again, the bagel was majorly disappointing. 4/10, would not order again.

This on the jalapeño cheddar bagel is everything! So filling & so fresh, already ordered it a second time!

I keep giving this place chances and I'm going to have to stop. I love a lox bagel, but they really just keep missing the mark. I was delighted to see modification options on their DD menu, but they clearly don't pay attention to them. The amount of cream cheese they put on the bagels is overwhelming, I ask for "light" every time and still end up scraping the majority off. I saw someone got a rock hard toasted bagel in the reviews and I was kinda jealous cause I don't even think they're toasting my "extra toasted" bagel at all. And the final straw is forgetting add ons that I pay for...three times now...Ugh it's so close to my office and would be so perfect but I just can't justify a $20 dollar let down bagel...
