Won't be ordering from them again. Didn't toast bagel . Skimpy on the salmon and cream cheese. I mean the one slice of salmon was seethru for $20. Shameful.

I requested to have extra lox and that I would pay for extra lox and my total was updated from the restaurant. I have now received my meal and there is one piece of lox on each side of my bagel, how is that extra lox and what did I pay $6.74 extra for if I only received one piece of lox for each side of my bagel.

I have difficulty understanding how I am charged differently every time I order from this establishment. I always request the same for my order but it seems the extra charge associated with my order changes as well as the result of what I have requested. The amount of extra lox I get seems to be different each time, as well being hit or miss when I request jalapeno cream cheese be used even though both requests are written together. When I am charged an extra $7-$10 I expect a noticeable addition of lox and the rest of said request be completed as well.

I ordered three things and only received one. When I looked back at at the order they marked two things out of stock. They did not even TRY to reach out to me to see if I wanted something else. I'm paying long distance fee for one item thats ridiculous. Other restaurants have called to exchange with something else, this place does not care or just lazy.
