Have sampled several bbq places in the areain the last ffew months! Shoold have stayed to the original best of bend! Baldy's is all that! Pulled Pork Sandwich was awesome, best in town! And the Beef Brisket Sandwich was also delicious! Also the Mac and Cheese was spot on! Baked beans were also great!

The extravaganza was perfect for our group of 4. Still have leftovers ( just enough) . Every bbq meat is there and all just right. My favorite was the smoked chicken cuz it was so moist. But the ribs were fall off the bone! Get a bunch of sides and it's all you need.

To whoever said the brisket has no seasoning you my friend don't know what seasoning is, all the meat here is beautifully seasoned and cooked to retain moisture, also the barbecue sauce is AMAZING, they also make great salads and their pulled pork is to DIE FOR.

Meat needs better seasoning, cornbread was very dry. Small protions for the price. Pretty basic bbq, several better options in town.
