Excellent food. Hot & Sour Soup and their steamed Homemade Dumplings are the best around. Egg rolls are never greasy and my husband loves the Beef with Mixed Vegetables. Vegetables are always fresh. I love the Pad Thai, which they make to my specifications using extra egg and extra thai basil with no cilantro or peppers. They get it right every time. Bamboo Kitchen is the best Chinese restaurant in this area hands  down. The young couple who I believe are the owners are very nice and accomodating with special requests. You will not be disappointed with anything on their  menu. They are all excellent and I can  say, I've tried many of them!

General Tso's Chicken was subpar. The coating was not crisp like I've always had from every other restaurant. You could order an extra container of sauce, which was great because, there's never enough sauce. But, the sauce wasn't good. It just wasn't a good "General's" sauce. The broccoli included was barely cooked. There were no chili's included in the dish. I've never had this dish without chili's unless specifically requested. Every other restaurant has extra fortune cookies on the menu to order. This place does not. So, you only get 2 cookies, which were broken & stale. There was a good amount of food for the price. Enough for 2 or 3 meals. To sum it up- a lot of food for the price but not the best "General's" chicken by far.

Never ordering from here again. Ordered a pint of chicken rice soup. The entire container was filled with rice and then probably a half a cup of broth. Might as well have chicken rice kasha.  Kung poa Kung Pao Chicken was fried andnasty.

Consistent and delicious. 
My wife and I always split a large Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Vegetable Fried Rice, soup and an app. love their Wonton Soup and their shrimp version is great also. Highly Recommend.

All the food arrived hot and to our specifications, as each meal had special instuctions. We ordered Pad Thai, Roast Pork Fried Rice, Beef with Mixed Vegetables, Egg Roll and hot and Hot & Sour Soup. Everything I would highly recommend. In addition Bamboo kitchen always follows our special requests. We are never disappointed. We love ordering from here. The food is always fresh and topnotch .
