Ordered hot and it was delicious. They dont always give me oil and seeds but this time they did. They follow instructions perfectly. love this place, you will get exactly what you request. They also don't overfill with noodles like some places. Lots of protein and veggies. They do amazing.

They did it again. Order made exactly how I asked. incredible flavor, lots of tofu and vegetables. Very good flavor. Mongolian on a lazy Sunday is a life necessity. Pick a movie, order from Bamboo. Do it.

They are pretty good about following directions and not easy when they have to make a tailored order. This has become my go-to for Mongolian and they are really rocking it. I asked for only my sauces to be used, no water and more veggies and tofu than noodles. I was really pleased. Sometimes it tastes soo good that I have to order a few days later. Their hot sauce is the best, just perfect.

Best one yet. hand to make an order for someone else and I give detailed and very particular instructions. look at these pictures, perfect Egg Noodle, not over cooked and soggy. I ordered hot for spice and extra spice and I used the extra. they are conservative with the spice. I love this place! I order 2 to 3 times a month. sometimes more.

Sad that ratio of meat and vegetables to noodles was very off. 95% noodles and hardly any meat or veggies. Very disappointed. I know it's better to go in person and customize your Mongolian bowl to your liking, but when someone orders and pays for meat such as beef and chicken and puts in the specific notes more meat and less noodles, it'd be nice to see more than one piece of chicken and one piece of beef and to see that your instructions were actually read and taken into consideration. Disappointed in the service.
