This has been a surprisingly good late night meal. the Fried Tofu Bao Buns are to die for - the bao was chewy and fluffy, the sauce flavor was a perfect sweet, salty, and spicy balance, while the meat was tenderly cooked. the Drunken Empress Noodles (GF) were just the right amount of spicy that strikes the balance between tingly and hot without overpowering the other flavors. loved this order!

• 26-05-22Empress noodles have a 25% chance at being completely dry and flavorless vs amazing . Bummed they cannot be consistent. Just got the worst one yet. Unfortunately i wont be ordering anymore in hopes they produce a quality dish.
