I ate the brunswick stew and hush puppies and I was full! They put a lot of meat in that stew. Sweet tea was jumbo and very good. My 2 meats were the ribs, moist and tender and brisket. I love their potato salad!

The two meat plate that was almost $30 came with 2 lukewarm chicken tenders, 4 dry wings (6 expected), flavorless collards, and cold hush puppies.
The nachos were good, but the sweetness of the baked beans dominated the other flavors.
Honey butter and ranch were 10 out of 10.

yeah... not for 28$ for a plate like this.the pork is shreds of meat and dry, and 1 and a half pieces of brisket. I had to actually leave my house, my mom has dementia and not to be alone. ... its a few blocks down so I went back and was like... what!!??? they gave me a few more pieces of brisket. I had to call and ASK for bbq sauce,.. .kind of ridiculous. I actually had to call the smokehouse in Southport once to ask if they got my order wrong because it was overly full and I thought they had messed up. nope. was a full plate. so will absolutely choose them instead of this place again!

This place never disappoints. The Mac and cheese is creamy, the Chicken Strips are juicy, it was my first time trying fried okra and will not be the last. Bar-B-Que House continues to be a favorite

My wife and I ordered the Grandad. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was a 10/10. My wife had the 1/2 chicken and she said it was great 8/10. Our third meat was the brisket. It was two pieces and it was cold 6/10. Came with fries 9/10 and 4 of the smallest hush puppies I have seen. They were delicious, but portion size was just too small.
