Usually have no issue. Ground Beef Quesadilla arrived with cheese not melted and too much ground beef for the pieces to even stick together.

Extreme Fries $9.29 for a 4"x4" box of small fries with little bit of garnish, feel robbed. Ground Beef Bowl was good and large and excellent bang for buck.

Found it to be a little expensive for what you're getting. The chips were BAD. They were stale and tasted like Febreze. (moonlight breeze??) The pulled pork and chicken were okay, but not worth the mess. The staff were friendly during pickup, and the store was very clean.

extreme fries were amazing. i understand it being friday and probably busy, but my pulled pork quesadilla was so gross. It was very soggy and soft, as if it wasn't on the flattop. I even tried to crisp it up in my frying pan, but no luck, sadly. i ate one piece and couldn't do it ): the texture.
First time trying this place and I was excited.
Maybe try using a larger takeout box so they arent stacked on one another? and if needing to speed it up on flattop, use a spatula and a weight on top of it? im a cook too and i understand. Hoping next time will be better, thank you :)
