I ordered the G-Man Freeman cold cut sandwich and it was as flavorful as the first time I had it. Top notch taste and quality and above all it's consistent every time you go to the storefront or order online. The chips I opted for were out I think and the person who made my order had enough forethought to keep the customer's satisfaction in mind. I was sent not only the brand chips I ordered (different flavor) but the flavor of chips I wanted (different brand). Blew my mind how thoughtful this gesture was. Best of all I really like the new flavor gifted to me and will order that flavor chips now! Two thumbs up and a full happy stomach!

My TORINO'S SPECIAL SANDWICH is consistently delicious! It's the best sandwich ANYWHERE! They customize it for me and they always get it right. They gave a special gift of chips. Thank you! The owner of Basil's Deli & Cafe is a really nice gentleman who truly wants every customer to be happy!

I mean honestly the only thing I enjoyed about the MILANO’S HOT PASTRAMI was the Swiss Cheese, the Brisket was very bland. The Bread was just decent, the Pickles had no flavor, and I could barely taste the Mustard, disappointing.

we ate here before which is what made us order here today. for whatever reason neither of us enjoyed our sandwiches. the hot MILANO’S HOT PASTRAMI had some type of mayonnaise on it that we weren't happy with and the MORTADELLA COLD-CUT SANDWICH just fell flat. my instructions weren't followed at all. I might order again, but no time soon.
