Despite paying extra for priority delivery the sundaes always come half melted. Why won't Baskin Robbin's put hot sauces like their hot fudge sauce on the side?! It's so frustrating. We love their ice cream but it's disappointing there's no option to request it on the side. It should be automatic like other local ice cream shops.

I ordered a 2 scoop ice cream with a fancy waffle cone (waffle cone chocolate dipped with sprinkles) and they did not give me that, they just gave me a plain waffle cone but still charged me those extra $2 and have yet to refund me. I could report that to doordash help but it would mark as everything incorrect and possibly wrong my dasher.

Their milkshakes are great. The only complaint I have is that they don't have the cookies and cream flavor on the menu very often.
