The store ran out of chocolate ice cream to make my second Milkshake and called me to let me know. I was appreciative for the call! I ordered another flavor. To that individual I say thank you!!!

The first time in a long time they got it right! My cherry, almonds. Chocolate chip, butter pecan and Twix ice cream was all correctly in there! The portions were perfect! Absolutely will keep ordering if they get it right!

Way too much hot fudge on the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layered Sundae. There is essentially no ice cream in it. And they forgot half my order...

Banana split was not even prepared. Banana was just stuck in bag, ice cream scoops were each 1/2 scoops, ordered almonds on it they were not on split. Look at the picture itook upon receiving my order. I also ordered a waffle cone for the ice cream bowl - was charged for it but never received it They have gone down in service so much I wonder why they are even open. It 's a shamethis was one of my favor ice cream places
