The Brownie Sundaes were awful. They were out of 2 of the primary ice cream flavors, and they only put half scoops. The cups were soupy. Something happens every time we visit this location, so we will not be returning and hope that no one else has to experience such awful service given the prices they charge.

I order this often and today I don't know is going on but needs attention!! I ordered the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layered Sundae and it has 2 pieces of cookie dough in it and the photo included is how "full" it came! Not to mention they gave the wrong drink!!

The workers left my REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae on the counter and it melted. The banana Royale wasn't even a sundae. They forgot the bananas, whipped cream and cherry. I'm very disappointed! What a waste of money. The worker said he was new, but it was other staff there that should have helped him.
