I ordered the 2 Pre-Packed Quart Bundle, which is a pretty good price for two quarts of ice cream.
Unfortunately, the store didn't have my requested flavor in stock. I had selected the "contact me if item is out of stock" option. My dasher didn't speak English, but he was able to get a Baskin Robbins employee to call me.
The employee was awesome and listed out about a dozen other flavors they had available so I could choose replacement flavors. Really great service!
The quarts were packed in a cardboard carrier to help prevent them from tipping over during transit and then placed inside a sealed plastic bag.
Would definitely order from here again!

I ordered four brownie sundaes and when they arrived there weren't brownies with the ice cream. I had ordered strawberry cheesecake with one of them and they were out, and instead of substituting a sundae they put the ice cream from two sundae orders in one container with only three scoops instead of four, no brownie, only two cherries, and no topping sauce. I'm very unimpressed and disappointed in the quality of the order. I would've been ok if the brownies were there, since it was a brownie sundae, but unfortunately they weren't.
