The 'Waffle Cone is, 'Much Too sweet & very different from the last. The 'last cone was alittle thicker & tasted better. Other than that, everything was delicious

Pre-Packed Quart. Wrong flavor sent and instead of calling me to advise they didn't have one of the flavors I ordered and ask for a substitution, they just sent me rainbow sorbet! Not even a comparable ice cream. Very poor service, I did not get what I paid for and there was no attempt to correct it.

You can't just replace a $47 cake without confirming with the customer first, just because you ran out. I would have canceled this part of my order

This wasn't a Milkshake. It was was milk with Oreos on top. Had no thickness or fluffiness to it. It was the worst milkshake I ever had in my life. I will never order from dunkin donuts / baskin robins again!!

they did not have some of the flavors ordered but at least they called to ask for replacement options
