ordered a Banana Split and they somehow think it was appropriate to accept my order and send me a cup of ice cream with nuts. No Banana Split no pineapple topping no chocolate syrup only one scoop ice cream not the 3 scoops that come in a Banana Split . Horrible service from this store!!!

If an item is unavailable, please 86 it. I received a $20 cake after paying $40 and found out the worker gave my dasher grief for the situation that wasnt their fault. Please do better instead of harassing the door dasher for something that isn't their fault

It tasted okay but my single scoop was almost completely melted. I also ordered a 3 scoop cup and it only had 2 scoops. They were out of 2 of the 3 flavors I originally ordered so I substituted flavors. The order was missing the 3rd flavor.

They didn't know how to make what I purchased. I agreed to substitute , but maybe try they should have employees who know what they are doing ?
