My Banana Royale was absolutely delicious! The hot fudge was so delightful along with the almonds and vanilla and chocolate fudge ice cream I got. I finished the entire thing and its left me wanting more!

I ordered a Banana Royale and had more banana than ice cream. 2 tablespoons of ice cream. They also switched toppings with my husband's Banana Split, I wanted hot fudge and I got chocolate syrup while he got my hot fudge. He doesn't like hot fudge so he didn't eat it. I was so disappointed because this is the first time I've let myself have a sweet treat in awhile. We will not order from this store again.

3 scoops? The ice cream barely covers the bottom of the cup. I called, she asked were there 3 scoops? I explained that 3 spoonfuls were not scoops. Nothing she could do. As she hung up, I heard her asking, "Is she slow?"

It was good. But, those scoops were small. They used a much smaller spoon than in the past. I remember when the ice cream would fill the tub. This tub wasn't even halfway filled. Shrinkflation, I suppose. I wouldn't want to order again due to that. A higher cost and less product. No thanks.

I asked for a brownie sundae with two scoops of dairy free mocha ice cream. I got a small dish with dairy ice cream that looked like vanilla. Brownie was wrapped and not in with ice cream. Dish was too small to hold brownie. Nothing like there had before.
