I thought I was wrong for thinking my last DoorDash order was inaccurate. After ordering today it was inaccurate. I ordered a fresh packed order. They gave me one that has been packaged and was not fresh. That says something about the lazy person who was working that day. The bag was too small for the order and it was torn. Today was perfect. Not only was it packaged well but it was freshly packaged. I wasn't able to go back and review my last order so unfortunately I had to add my previous experience to this one. Thank you to the person who worked on 5/29/26.

ordered ice cream for two people. one sundae flavor was out of stock and the entire dish of ice cream was canceled without letting me know until it was too late and the other tastes like freezer burnt ice chips with a weird texture (not fresh at all) and a big glob of random pink ice cream or sherbert in the middle of my mint chocolate chip ice cream. i usually love baskin robins but this order was NOT IT. i would not order from this location again.

Mint Chocolate Chip double scoop. Color and taste are off. Doesn't taste good. Almost as though it is old. Very grainy texture. Not similar to what we have experienced from Baskin Robbins in the past. I will not order from this store again most likely.

No way should I have ordered a REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae and Bottled Beverages, store accepts it and proceeds with it knowing both were out of stock. Substitutes terrible (not Dasher's fault) and severely dissatisfied with amount in sundae. Strawberry shake was ok.
