The last couple times the scoops were very small. For the Banana Royale the first time I ordered it I received the 2 1/2 scoops like you're supposed to get, but the last two times we've ordered the scoops have been smaller. I don't know if it's because they're putting so many bananas on the bottom but we also order one single scoop in a cup and we compared them and the banana Royale gets maybe 1 1/2 scoops in size compared to our other order that was just 1 Single Scoop.
The ice cream is delicious as always we just wish it was consistently the same when you order online or ordering in person.

They used to be amazing with their scoops, but the last three times we've ordered from them. They just get smaller and smaller when you order a three scoops it should be to the top of the lid but instead it looks like I got one and a half scoops. Prices have gone up, which we have no problem paying the higher prices as long as you get what you're paying for. Same with the banana royale you're supposed to get 2 1/2 scoops lately. It's barely one and a half scoops. Guess we'll go back to Menchie's
