Not too pleased with my order. They put way TOO MUCH fudge on the ice cream that it was melted when it got to me and I don't live far and it was very rich the chocolate took over the flavors. It was also a 2 scoop Banana Royale but definitely did not seem like it. I will not be ordering this again.

The milkshake had a perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess to it. I ordered the Mint Chocolate Chip flavor, which was very refreshing, especially with it becoming Summer.

When we received the Banana Royale it was melted hardly any pralines and cream and the chocolate chip was missing. The Banana Split was all melted and had leaked out of the plastic container and was at the bottom of the bag. For as much as I spent this was horrible.

Ordered a Banana Royale and it comes with 2 scoops and I only got one. Severely disappointed as usually this store meets my expectations in person. I won't be ordering online via DoorDash anymore as this has happened twice now. The first time it happened I understood that mistakes happen but twice, that shows a habit.
