I ordered and paid for a double scoop and received a single. I also ordered a frozen drink that they were out of and was not given an opportunity to replace it with something else.

I ordered a 3 scoop Carmel & pralines sundae. I got a 2 scoop mystery sundae that tasted awful unfortunately I have not had an issue like this before I was so bummed about it I had really been looking forward to it and then when it came it's nothing close to what I originally ordered.

The order was wrong. It was missing ingredients, the ice creams were wrong, the hot fudge was missing, my chocolate fudge ice cream didn't even make it to my Banana Split. I got three scoops of lemon sorbet and no whipped cream. Also, the scoops for the Sundays were so freaking small! for 7 bucks I expected a lot more! very disappointing!!

The strawberry cheesecake ice cream was bad it was not ice cream it was freezer burnt ice my kids couldn't eat.
