If beef birria tacos were a personality, these would be the quiet kid in class who does the homework but never speaks up. The beef? Beautifully tender, slow-cooked to perfection—no complaints there. But where was the heat? The spice? The flavour? Nowhere to be found.
And the consommé? Let’s talk about that. Instead of the rich, deeply layered broth that makes birria magical, we got something that tasted suspiciously like canned tomato sauce with a sprinkle of coriander. Oh, and thick—like, dipping-salsa thick. Consommé is supposed to be a broth, not a marinara audition.
To top it off, the tortillas missed their crucial dip in the consommé before hitting the bbq plate/, which meant they brought absolutely nothing extra to the table. No added richness, no depth.
Overall? A solid effort with well-cooked beef, but birria tacos should be bold, rich, and unapologetically flavorful. These felt like they had stage fright.

chips were good the nachos were really spicy it was nice but i dont do spicy not enough to make me feel sick
