I know everything is getting expensive, but $9 menu price for a sandwich that couldn't have weighed much more than 3 or 4 oz that's been put together in about as hasty and sloppy a manner as possible is a joke. I didn't expect anything amazing. But I do expect a $9 sandwich to look better than the dollar menu sandwiches I got from MacDonalds 10 years ago.

PLEASE INDICATE "Decaf" on coffee cups that specifically ask for Decaf.
I love Beans & Brew, but am unable to drink regular coffee. For this reason, I order Decaf. On all previous orders, it is indicated that it's Decaf.This time it was not.
Their coffee is to die for, but I don't want to have a heart attack over it.

Caramel l Crème B&B Frappe™ is my fav. Even when I go through doordash, rather than go in, they still know my order. Probably recognize the order by now, just by seeing my name with doordash. I always get my dog a pupacino. He lives for them. Whipped cream and a milkbone :) these guys are on point.
